East Coast Travels✈︎

Hey guys- writing from California 🙂

I spent the past week or so in the east coast! After staying with one of my best friends in upstate New York, I met up with my dad and flew to Montreal to visit McGill. I didn’t expect it to be literally right in the middle of Montreal! McGill itself is an English-speaking university, but the rest of the french speaking city was definitely intimidating to navigate.

Later on my dad and I visited Jasey’s home near Mont Tremblant that night. If you don’t know who Jasey Jay Anderson is, he’s the 2010 Vancouver gold medalist for parallel giant slalom snowboarding! Cool huh? I had a great time with his family 😀

The next day we drove to New Hampshire to visit Dartmouth. Unlike McGill it’s rural — some would even say that it’s in the middle of nowhere, but I love the quaint town. I had already visited Dartmouth with a friend last year, but this time around, I had the opportunity to speak with a ski coach there.

I’m staying in LA right now. I’ve had world-cup fever all summer and am sad that it’s over!

See you guys soon,
